Unbelievable is a quick carpet and stain remover. It can tackle a wide range of stains including grease and oil, protein-based stains like gravy, eggs, blood, coffee-based stains. | |||||||

Biosan is a proprietary anti-microbial decontaminant for use in heavy-duty restoration situations where bacteria, viruses, spores, moulds, and yeasts are prevalent because of flooding, body fluids or organic waste. | |||||||

Stain removal should occur as soon as possible after the event to prevent stains from becoming embedded in carpets (or porous floors). Specialty stain removers are used one at a time to prevent a chemical mix offsetting each other or creating unexpected outcomes. Typically they are used neat, with some dwell time, and may require rinsing out to neutralize active processes. Coffee, wine, and rust are particularly challenging. We recommend Coffee Break and Trusty. For oily spots, gum, crayons, we recommend Orange Solv. For blood and protein stains, use Sensation. These products are available in convenient spot cleaning 500ml bottles up to 20l volume containers for large scale cleaning or high volume users. Keep a pack of stain removers on hand for a quick reaction to the messy situation!
