Builders Kleen (5lt) pH<1
Description
Builders Kleen is a safe and environmentally friendly solution to clean brick walls. Builders clean is an organic salt, which means it is a non-corrosive, non-fuming product, rated as a mild irritant towards people.
Fast acting and easy to use, Builder Kleen is:
- can remove iron and rust deposits
- is safe on 316 stainless steel, copper and brass.
- has no foul odours
- a powerful cleaner
- excellent for removal of excess grout, mortar and brick cleaning
However in the presence of reactive deposits such as calcium carbonate and calcium sulphate BUILDERS cleans behaves like hydrochloric acid, rapidly dissolving scale and calcium deposits. It’s fast acting and easy to use
Directions for use:
Lime, scale & rust remover or removal of excess grout or mortar:
- Dilute 1 part Builders Kleen to 3 parts water (250ml of Builder Kleen to make 1 litre of solution)
- Brush or pour the solution onto the surface and allow it to penetrate. Use a deck scrub or brush to agitate to assist in soil removal
- Rinse thoroughly with water
- Repeat if necessary
Note:
- Do not use on marble, terrazzo, limestone or acid-sensitive surfaces as it will etch these materials.
- Do not use on nylon or at temperatures greater than 60 degrees Celsius.
- BUILDERS KLEEN is low in pH and has a high salt level therefore is not recommended for use on aluminium.
- PPE is always recommended when using hazardous chemicals.
- Always pre-test the surface to be cleaned prior to application.
15 litre and 20 Litre drums allow you to buy in bulk. The chemical can be easily dispensed using an airflow tap. Simply remove the lid, fit the tap and lay the drum on its side for easy use. Customers can fill 5 litres, 1 litre and 500ml bottles for easy use by staff.
15-litre and 20-litre drums can be fitted to chemical dispensers which will regulate the amount of chemicals used.
The Rapid Drum Spanner secures and removes the lid with ease.
Buy our measuring cup in 500ml and 1-litre sizes, which show dilution rates and amount of chemical required for accurate dilution. 500ml spray bottles are either pre-labelled or you can purchase labels for compliance certification.
